  • 1: Site Survey & Design Engineering — Our engineers conduct a detailed site assessment and prepare structural drawings, material specifications, and capacity calculations as per IS 803, API 650, or client standards.
    2: Material Procurement & Inspection — High-quality MS plates (IS 2062 / ASTM A36) are sourced, inspected for mill certificates, thickness uniformity, and chemical composition before dispatch to site.
    3: Foundation & Bottom Plate Lying — Foundation preparation and annular plate/bottom plate lying are carried out with precision leveling to ensure structural stability.
    4: Shell Course Erection & Welding — Shell plates are rolled, erected course by course, and welded using SMAW/SAW welding techniques by certified welders following WPS/PQR procedures.
    5: Roof Fabrication & Fitting — Fixed cone roofs, floating roofs, or dome roofs are fabricated and installed depending on product storage requirements and client specifications.
    6: NDT, Hydro Testing & Inspection — all welds undergo radiography (RT), ultrasonic testing (UT), vacuum box testing, and hydrostatic testing before final acceptance.
    7: Surface Preparation & Painting — Sandblasting (Sa 2.5) and multi-coat painting (epoxy/polyurethane) for internal lining and external coating as per project specs.
    8: Commissioning & Handover — Final documentation, as-built drawings, test certificates, and operational handover to client with after-sales support.
